The final Match of World Chess Championship is between Gukesh vs Ding. If Gukesh wins this title he will be second Indian to win this title after Anand.
Currently Ding holds World Chess Championship title 2023 after defeating Ian Nepomniachtchi.
This Championship is currently happening in Singapore.
Today December 12th will be the final match if tiebreaks aren’t required

After 13 games, the score is tied at 6.5-6.5. So why is it that Ding has the slight advantage? Well, it’s because of the fact that he will be playing with white pieces today, which is always an adavantage. Secondly, he forced a draw in Game 13 with black pieces despite being behind for much of it, which adds up to an obvious psychological advantage. Finally, if this game is a draw, then Ding is, at least on paper, the better player in the shorter formats of the sport which is what will be used for tie-breakers.
Chances of Gukesh winning this title is little difficult because Ding has advantage of playing with white pieces today
In chess, there is a consensus among players and theorists that the player who makes the first move (White) has an inherent advantage, albeit not one large enough to win with perfect play. This has been the consensus since at least 1889, when the first World Chess Champion, Wilhelm Steinitz, addressed the issue, although chess has not been solved.
